    Check out these sections of RA 9372: Sec 4 - Conspiracy as a crime, Sec 7 - Warrant of Surveillance, Sec 8 which justify issuance of the Warrant of Surveillance, Sec 18 - detention without judicial warrant of arrest.

    Parang kahapon lamang ang panahon ng martial law ni Makoy. Welcome to Kafka or Gulag, whatever way you call it.

    Section 3 of the HSA is too broad, and the provisions are even senseless. I think we should stand to repeal the said law, or else, anyone can be tagged as TERRORIST.
