Identity Crisis

What’s so cool and disturbing about Web2.0 is that it’s sooooooo easy to fake your identity. That’s why I use my real nickname and last name in the blogosphere, so as not to lose my identity when I read and comment on other blogs.

I just read Tita Noemi’s post about Ethical Blogging a few minutes ago. Hahaha. And I thought males logging in as sexy female blacksmiths in Ragnarok Online was bad.

EDIT: Things are getting out of hand. Woohoo! Diyan magaling ang bloggers eh. Tch.

EDIT EDIT: And no, I’m not attacking anyone here. Yes, I did link to a blog entry, but I’m not saying I totally agree with everything written there. :)

    Hehe, ako rin I use my real name..and my real face! (Hehe) People can really sugarcoat their lives in Web 2.0. Check out those silly friendster accounts out their for some testimony. People should not lose their identity or else they will look like fools in the end. :)
