The Philippine government recently cut the education budget. From P7 billion, they changed it to P3 billion. So to be able to compromise for the loss, what the State University proposed to do is raise the tuition fee from P300/unit to P1000/unit.
In the evening news today, Ping Lacson was complaining about how he and the other senators and congressmen weren’t able to receive their pork barrels, totaling to P4 billion.
The next segment in the news showed UP students, rallying, complaining about the proposed (or was it approved?) tuition fee increase.
So sino ang mas makatwiran ang ipinaglalaban? Yung naghahanap ng pork barrel, o yung humihingi ng pagkakataon para makapag-aral ang kabataang Pinoy?
Oh, how twisted some people can be.

Pareho naman silang hindi nabigyan ng budget e. So pareho lang sila dapat mag-ingay.

Pero diba? I’d rather give money to students for them to study rather than to others who will use them on “projects.” Don’t get me wrong, other congressmen and senators have good intentions, pero yung iba lang talaga, tsk tsk tsk.
Now, where did the P4 billion go? Hahaha. Oh well.

Pera ng bayan pero laging may “Project of Cong. Yada yada yada” yung mga pinapagawa nila. Hahaha.
Huwag na daw tayong makulit. Sasampahan tayo ng kaso left and right ni FG. LOL.
