Bakit ganun?

Apple.com is selling their iPods online at $149, $199, and $249 for the 2GB, 4GB and 8GB units respectively. If converted, they’d roughly cost around P7,500, P10,000, P12,500.

Mom and Mox went to an Apple Center in Makati recently. Mom said that the Apple center’s selling the units at around P10,XXX (2GB), P13,XXX (4GB) and P18,XXX (8GB).

Can someone educate me regarding the price differences? Is it really that expensive to bring an iPod unit to the shores of the Philippines?

Mom just emailed my ninang who is in the States. She asked my ninang if she could find me a Red Nano unit in the States, or even, just the pink one. Reward na raw sa akin sa lahat ng kung anu-anong bagay. That’ll save us around P3000 if she’d be able to get one. Hahaha.
